We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, take an assessment, or contact us. This includes your name, email address, and assessment responses. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is not stored by Ukandu.
Your information is used to provide and improve our services, including generating your capability profile, matching you with suitable careers, and communicating important updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews. Your assessment data is stored securely in Australian-hosted cloud infrastructure.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@ukandu.com. We aim to respond to all requests promptly.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies. Analytics cookies, if used, help us understand how users interact with the platform to improve the experience. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
We retain your assessment data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can request deletion at any time by contacting privacy@ukandu.com. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained for research and improvement purposes.
We use trusted third-party providers including Stripe for payments. Any partner that processes your data is contractually obligated to protect it and use it only for specified purposes.
